Autumn Glow Salad

This salad is not just for Autumn - it is for any festivity. A vibrant, salad that balances sweet, citrusy, and savory flavors—perfect as a light meal or an elegant and healthy side. Bring it to a gathering, or add it to your banquet when hosting.

It's easy, healthy, and full of flavor!

 

 


Ingredients:

  • 4–5 cups mixed salad greens
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup pomegranate arils
  • ⅓ cup walnuts, toasted with salt, pepper, olive oil and Fig Balsamic Vinegar (optional)
  • ½ cup of crisp bacon (chopped)
  • ½ cup of Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup of Maple Balsamic Vinegar

 

Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, add the mixed greens
  • Top with feta cheese, pomegranate arils, bacon and toasted walnuts
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Blood Orange Olive Oil and Maple Balsamic Vinegar
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving
  • Toss gently and enjoy!-

 

Optional: add more proteins such as grilled chicken or strips of stake
