Casarecce, meaning “homemade” in Italian, is a charming, lightly twisted pasta with a scroll-like shape and a narrow groove through the center. Its unique design is perfect for catching and holding sauces, making every bite flavorful.

This gluten-free pasta is especially delicious with fresh, summery dishes such as Sicilian pistachio pesto or a simple combination of creamy ricotta, ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, and extra virgin olive oil.

Crafted by La Fabbrica della Pasta, this artisanal pasta is made in Gragnano using carefully selected rice and corn flour and local spring water. Traditionally bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures, it has a beautifully textured surface that helps sauces cling while delivering an authentic pasta flavor and a firm, satisfying bite.
