Crafted by La Fabbrica della Pasta, this artisanal pasta is made with carefully selected rice and corn flour and local spring water. It is traditionally bronze-drawn, creating a slightly rough, textured surface that allows sauces to cling beautifully. The pasta is then slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve its natural flavor and achieve an exceptional texture and firm, satisfying bite.

Made in Gragnano, a town near Naples with a pasta-making tradition dating back more than 500 years, La Fabbrica della Pasta has been perfecting its craft for three generations. 

All gluten-free products are produced with special care in a dedicated, completely gluten-free facility to help prevent cross-contamination.
