Crafted in Modena, Italy, and inspired by the rare 18-Year Balsamico Tradizionale, our Traditional 18-Year Style Dark Balsamic offers everything you’d expect from a world-class vinegar. It perfectly balances sweetness and acidity, with rich notes of prune and caramel and a smooth, creamy texture that lingers beautifully.

Made from a high concentration of Italian Lambrusco, Sangiovese, and Trebbiano grapes, the juice is slowly cooked to create a superior grape must, which is then blended with barrel-aged Sangiovese wine vinegar to begin fermentation.

The result is an exceptionally high-quality balsamic condimento that pairs wonderfully with nearly all of our olive oils. It’s one of our bestselling balsamic.
